PowerHour: Women's Strength is a weekly, circuit-style strength training class designed for women who want to build strength, stay consistent, and train with purpose.
Led by certified personal trainer Alli Graham at Aspen Total Fitness, each class is limited to 8 participants to keep the focus on form, progress, and individual attention.
Our first class kicks off on Saturday, May 3 at 8 a.m. at Aspen Total Fitness!
Register by April 30 for May classes.
A gym membership will not be required for classes held in May.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
May PowerHour Classes
- 4 classes total
- May 3, May 10, May 17, May 24 (Saturdays)
- Class starts promptly at 8 a.m. unless otherwise communicated

No refunds will be given if you're not able to attend a class.
